A sociedade determina estereótipos de gênero e a criança é fruto desse método. A escola é uma das esferas sociais por onde transitam conceitos, valores, crenças, relações, etc. Desde tenra idade os indivíduos estabelecem relações sociais entre seus pares. É por meio dos princípios adultos que as crianças fazem as suas escolhas, como um amiguinho com quem vai brincar, por lição, porque se identificam mais com leste do que com aquele. No entrementes, a escola continua desprezando comportamentos destoantes relacionados ao gênero. Realizamos uma pesquisa de campo utilizando a entrevista, com perguntas diretas sobre o tema abordado, como instrumento de pesquisa. Palavras-Chave: Natureza.

Neste aspecto, é importante salientar que o presente texto se inscreve, ainda, naquele horizonte que entrecruza as diversas sexualidades ou sexualidades divergentes e as masculinidades num sentido hipermoderno e plural. ABSTRACT This article is a brief note about the theory and practice of the gay lifestyle and discusses, in particular, the interface between the themes of aging and male homosexuality. In this respect, it is important to note that this text is included, even at that horizon that intertwines the diverse sexualities or differing sexualities and masculinities in a plural sense and hypermodern. Thus, the assignment of the subject of aging - understood as a process confined to human existence - with regard to the analysis and interpretation about the way of life of guei men, is, in itself, quite wide and therefore not take into account, at least directly, the experiences of lesbian women and their understanding of old age, which would require, for a specific observation, the perspectives of each group, respecting its singularities.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the life histories of homosexual teachers through auto biographical narratives in an attempt to understand the nuances of the formative processes involved in the life history and formation of the same. Thus, we understand that automóvel biographical narratives, as an epistemological perspective, are presented in a rich instrument of self-formation, since the school environment must constitute a less unequal space, a more humanizing education, Human beings. Knowing aspects of the course of personal and professional life built by teachers was a unique experience. The narrative was presented in another experience and this contributed significantly to the realization of rich and productive reflections about the formation and its life trajectories. Thus, we understand that automóvel biographical narratives, as an epistemological perspective, present themselves in a rich instrument of self-formation, since the school environment must constitute a formative space of respect for differences.
