This work aims at understanding the dynamics of the relations between gays in two clubs GLS of Belém: Lux and Malícia. As a problematics, it is questioned whether the fact of a gay attending some of these places is relevant, or not, in search for partners. In other words, the intention was to open the study to a larger diversity of people: inhabitants of central or peripherals neighborhoods that consumed distinct, with varied degree of education, which was in diverse stages of the life. As finishing, it was noticed the non-dichotomization — to have a casual encounter or a mentioned spaces; though, greater was the interest in establishing bigger bonds of affection, sex and so on. However, other points were prominent: finding friends, participating of thematic parties, diversion, music, environment, people, etc.

Revista Estudos Feministas , vol. DOI: Abstract: Recently there has been some controversy about sexualities and sexual practices of athletes in the professional world of sports. More than that, what has disturbed public opinion is the phenomenon of the homosexuality in sports toward the process of coming out. Thinking over homo sexualities in these scenarios matter in sense that it poses, face to face, the fields of study of Gender and Sexuality at the intersection with the world of sports. Como as tendências globais afetam, invariavelmente, o local, o Brasil também vive em meio a polêmicas semelhantes, relativas à homossexualidade e seus contextos, no futebol e em outros esportes. O caso se amplifica na mídia e os torcedores do tricromático iniciam um boicote, recusando-se a gritar seu nome durante as partidas do time. Em realidade, Cyrillo Jr. Tais casos foram os mais visíveis e que causaram mais especulações.
