However, the woman contributed to the growth and development of society and has always been undervalued in the story, which always caused outrage causing them to fight for their rights and especially about work. After great struggles and attempts at improvement and equality, the woman managed to have their rights and duties guaranteed by law, achieving protection at all levels as well as in the workplace. Currently women are entitled to have equal earnings to men, to take up leadership position like so many other rights that the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil in and the Consolidation of Labor Laws ensure that was not possible before.
