ABSTRACT The current paper analyses the new family forms and the establishment of the filiation status from the use of heterogonous assisted reproductive techniques, which are performed with gametes from anonymous donors and are increasingly sought to enable procreation by sterile or infertile people. It studies the right of genetic identity of the person breed, in light of the constitutional principles of human dignity and fundamental rights, demonstrating the need to ensure that right and regulate it, considering that our legal system is silent, reason why it makes use of Resolution No. In addition, an approach will be made as to the motivations of seeking knowledge of genetic origin from the point of view of the person on the result of technical analysis, explaining further that the right to genetic identity differs from family status, so that the recognition does not imply the establishment of any link with the third donor gametes. The methodology used was theoretical and descriptive, with literature review and case.
